IVR Test Products Besides IVR consultancy work within the telephony industry, Havenbridge Limited has created Voice Prover, a tool for IVR load testing, or IVR volume testing as some in the industry like to call it. What is Voice Prover Its a software package that can be used to load test and monitor Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Using Voice Prover to load test IVR applications provides many advantages over manual testing, which can be time consuming and error-prone.  These include a higher volume of tests, more consistent tests and advanced logging capabilities. Once an IVR application goes live, the IVR test scripts can be modified to provide 24 hour monitoring with alerts automatically raised in the event of an error on the IVR system.  This monitoring is achieved by configuring Voice Prover to dial the IVR periodically and run through a typical transaction. Voice Prover also comes with a browser interface which allows it to be administered over an Intranet.  With the browser interface, users can start IVR test scripts, stop IVR test scripts, view logs, view the status of an IVR test and see the IVR alerts as they happen.
