Voice Prover Support Contract

Havenbridge Ltd offers an optional support and license upgrade contract on each Voice Prover IVR load testing and IVR monitoring license.

You simply pay a percentage of the cost of your license per annum and get all the benefits of fast turnaround on fixes plus new versions of Voice Prover as they become available.

Key elements of the contract are: -

  • Covers software problems and bug fixes

  • Maximum 24 hour response time on working days
  • Maximum 48 hour response time on weekends and UK bank holidays
  • Maximum 3 working days turnaround for problem fixes
  • Automatic license upgrade when new versions of Voice Prover become available

Please note that support does not cover problems with IVR test scripts (misunderstandings etc).  Havenbridge Ltd offers a consultancy service to help you with all your scripting needs.

Customers who do not take out a support and license upgrade contract will be subject to the following charges: -

Each new license or complete system comes with 3 months of free support and license upgrade.
